Visalus Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge
The Visalus Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge has transformed my life; changing my eating habits. I was a “junk food” addict. I have Diabetes and Crones Disease, and a junk food diet is not what I needed.
On January 19, 2013 I took charge of my life! I found Visalus by accident. But I am forever grateful to Jim Kroeger and his persistence! He introduced Visalus into my life, I listened to what he had to offer and I was sold!
I started out at 216 lbs. 90 Days later I weigh 199 lbs. My first 90 Day Challenge was to drop 20 pounds and I did! My second 90 Day Challenge is to lose 30 pounds.
It is the easiest plan to follow, and if I can do it…YOU can too! My life style change is this:
1) Visalus shake for breakfast (any flavor)
2) Healthy Snack
3) Lunch
4) Healthy Snack
5) Shake for dinner (any flavor)
It’s that simple! You can change your life style to suit you. I have my last shake for dinner because I don’t like a lot of food in my stomach before bed.
I did not exercise when I started on this change, I just didn't have it in me. Now I have tons of energy and I try to walk a little bit each day, adding a little bit more time every day. I started with no energy, and now I have more than what I need.
