Starting this challenge out at 199 lbs. I Hope to lose 30 lbs! I have started walking small distances, and progressively increasing my walks. I stick to the shakes with slight variation. 
 
On January 19, 2013 I took charge of my life! I started out at 216 lbs, the beginning of my 90 Day Challenge. I did not exercise or do much more than stick to the shakes. I lost my goal of 20 lbs and now weigh 199 lbs.
